The total site is of 31 acres out of which 17 acres was developed in the Phase 1. The site is rectangular with a nala running through. It is more or less flat with no existing trees present.

The first phase consisted of a main development block complex with four connected blocks and a cafeteria inside , an Experience Centre and an Employees Relaxation Centre as isolated blocks. Landscape pockets of varied sizes were located across the site forming foregrounds to the buildings.

The Development blocks were connected by a split level podium. A continuous landscape walk was created between these blocks which culminated in a large court. The blocks overlooked this area. The main entry to each block was from this court. Keeping the mandatory allowances for the fire tender movement, this podium is treated like a pedestrian area with a symbolic central element. An angular abstraction of the ying and yang is used as the central element symbolizing a merger.

A large open amphitheatre under large trees, formal landscape entry, a cricket area and landscape pockets of various scales were created.

The phase 2 consists of a much larger podium with extensive landscape and plenty seating and working areas designed to promote an open work culture concept. A dedicated sports area with various courts, a vertical water wall, food kiosks amidst dense trees are also proposed.
